Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has congratulated “the heroic people of Artsakh” on holding free, fair and competitive local elections.
He congratulated all elected officials and wished them productive work.
The Prime Minister also congratulated the organizations that carried out an observation mission, adding that “their activity contributed to improving the quality of elections.”
Artsakh held local self-government elections on Sunday. The Central Electoral Commission said 65.4 % of the voters participated in the election.
