Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has presented a posthumous award to the late Ambassador Arman Kirakosyan’s family.
On July 11 President Sarkissian signed a decree, posthumously awarding Arman Kirakosyan with an Order of Honor for his long-term dedicated diplomatic service.
Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, diplomats, historians and Amb. Kirakosyan’s friends were present at the ceremony.
Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Arman Kirakosyan passed away on July 6 aged 63.
