The Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire during the OSCE monitoring on the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The firing was registered in the direction of Tavush region.
The monitoring was held under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
