Armenia’s First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan has posted an excerpt from his speech from May 2, 2008.
“…Baku must understand that whatever the domestic political situation in Armenia, Azerbaijan will face a united resistance of the Armenian people in case of a military assault against Karabakh.
In case of a military threat I will personally apply to the participants of the Pan-National Movement, asking to temporarily cease any political activity and take up the sacred cause of defending the Fatherland.”
