On February 19 Commander of the NKR Defense Army, Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, James Warlick and Pierre Andrieu.
The Co-Chairs briefed Movses Hakobyan on the results of their regional visit, discussed the perspectives of settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
The NKR Defense Army Commander referred to the situation at the line of contact and the cases of ceasefire violation.
