The delegation headed by Adviser to Russian Defense Minister, Colonel General Valery Evnevich paid a working visit to Armenia on March 20.
The same day Colonel General Valery Evnevich had meetings with the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov and First Deputy Defense Minister David Tonoyan.
The parties discussed issues on the agenda of the Armenian-Russian defense cooperation and the activity of the Russian base #102 deployed in Armenia.
Within the framework of the visit the Russian delegation will visit the Russian base.
