Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian does not exclude a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in July.
Speaking at the budgetary discussions at the National Assembly today, the Foreign Minister made it clear that “it’s impossible to reach any agreement without the participation of Nagorno Karabakh.”
“It is clearly mentioned in all documents that are now kept at the OSCE will be published one day that representatives of Nagorno Karabakh should participate in the development of a final peace deal and the negotiations on it mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs,” Minister Nalbandian said.
“No agreement will be signed without that. It is impossible to reach a deal without Karabakh’s participation,” Edward Nalbandian assured.
