The Mayor of the French city of Valence Nicolas Daragon has announced his decision to join the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle.
Nicolas Daragon noted in his statement that Valence would contribute to the public diplomacy implemented by the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle.
The Mayor of Valence also emphasized that the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict without the participation of Nagorno Karabakh was impossible, and noted that the aspiration of the people of Nagorno Karabakh for peace and democracy was fair.
Nicolas Daragon also informed about his intention to sign a Friendship Declaration between Valence and Stepanakert.
The France-Karabakh Friendship Circle was established on March 19, 2013. It includes political figures, MPs, and Senators. Nicolas Daragon has become the 30th member of the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle.
