
Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan cast his ballot in the country’s parliamentary elections at polling station No. 7/46 on Saturday.
After voting, Khachaturyan spoke briefly with journalists, describing his vision for Armenia’s future.
“I voted for a peaceful, developing, strong and stable Republic of Armenia,” the president said.
Armenians are voting in parliamentary elections to elect members of the National Assembly, with polling stations open across the country until 8 pm.
