Arthur Meschyan has been appointed Chief Architect of Yerevan, Press Service of the Yerevan City Hall reports.
Arthur Meschyan an architect, musician, composer, poet, singer and painter. He is also known as one of the founders of Armenian rock.
He is the author of different architectural projects, including Guest House and the new building of Matenadaran – the depository of ancient manuscripts.
