
Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has completed the preliminary count from all 2,005 polling stations in the country following the June 7 parliamentary elections.
According to the preliminary results:
- Civil Contract Party – 49.81%
- Strong Armenia Alliance – 23.29%
- Armenia Alliance – 9.94%
- Prosperous Armenia Party – 4.00%
With 49.81% of the vote, the ruling Civil Contract is on course to secure a parliamentary majority and form the next government. The Strong Armenia Alliance emerged as the main opposition force, while the Armenia Alliance also surpassed the threshold for parliamentary representation. The Prosperous Armenia Party received 4% of the vote.
The CEC is expected to announce the final official results after completing all procedural checks and reviewing any complaints or appeals.
