The Council of Europe Committee of Ministers has expressed full support to Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process based on the principles of mutual recognition of territorial integrity, respect of sovereignty, the inviolability of borders, and non-use of force.
It has also welcomed the process of border delimitation based on the Alma Ata 1991 Declaration.
