The Artsakh Defense Ministry has refuted the reports in Azeri media, claiming that three servicemen of the Defense Army had been wounded in a blast at one of the military units.
“Unlike the Azerbaijani side, the Defense Ministry of the Artsakh Republic remains committed to transparent activity and provides information on any accident,” the Ministry said in a statement.
It added that “such false reports by the rival are meant for domestic audience only.”
