The condition of the two men who suffered as a result of the elevator accident in Yerevan on the eve remains critical, Minister of Health Derenik Dumanyan told reporters today, adding that doctors are struggling for their lives.
The elevator broke loose and fell from the 17th floor into the elevator shaft killing and injuring passengers at 20, Sasna Tsrer Street, Yerevan.
The condition of one of the workers, who suffered as a result of the collapse of a half-constructed building in downtown Yerevan, also remains grave but stable, the Minister told reporters in the city of Abovyan.
The Minister of Health and Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited the newly opened laboratory in Abovyan.
