
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the victory of the ruling Civil Contract party in Armenia’s parliamentary elections.
In his congratulatory message, Tokayev noted that, according to preliminary assessments by the majority of international observers, the elections were conducted in accordance with the country’s electoral legislation, in an open manner, and under conditions that ensured citizens could freely express their will.
The Kazakh president wished Pashinyan continued success in his work for the long-term national interests of Armenia.
Tokayev also emphasized Kazakhstan’s readiness to continue active cooperation with friendly Armenia in all areas of mutual interest, highlighting the importance of strengthening bilateral ties.
Concluding his message, the Kazakh leader extended his best wishes to the Armenian people for success in the country’s development, as well as peace and prosperity.
