Member of Parliament of Armenia from the ruling My Step faction, Chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union, Sasun Mikayelyan, sustained shrapnel wounds during the military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan at the line of contact with Artsakh․
Mikaelyan is currently undergoing surgery.
