Armenian-Italian business forum to be held in Rome

Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan has started a four-day working visit to Austria and Italy. September 25-26 the Minister will participate in the ministerial conference of the Caucasian and Central Asian countries. Issues related to trade, investments, finances, tourism and energy will be discussed. Reference will be made to the new opportunities of cooperation with European countries.

On September 26 Minister Davtayn will meet with Peter Balas, Deputy Director General for External Trade at the European Commission, Austrian Federal Minister of Economy Reinhold Mitterlehner and Richard Boucher, Deputy Secretary-General, Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development

September 26-28 RA Minister of Economy will leave for Romе to participate in the Armenian-Italian business forum.

On September 27 Tigran Davtyan will meet with Italian Minister for Economic Development Corrado Passera, Italian Minister for Tourism and Sport Piero Gnudi and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Santo Santoro.

On September 28Armenia’s investment opportunities and business environment will be presented at a business forum in Romе, featuring about 200 Italian entrepreneurs.

The forum will be organized by the Armenian Ministry of Economy, the Armenian Development Agency, the Italian Ministry of Economy andItaly’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
