Baroness Caroline Cox on Tuesday raised Azerbaijan’s recent military offensives inside Armenia in the House of Lords.
in an oral question to the Government, she also referred to the Azerbaijani government’s failure to release Armenian prisoners of war and hostages under the 2020 ceasefire agreement.
