
The Strong Armenia Party has filed a petition with Armenia’s Constitutional Court seeking to invalidate the results of the June 7 parliamentary elections.
The application was submitted to the court by the party’s representative, Aram Vardevanyan, who argued that the election results should be declared invalid.
Armenia held parliamentary elections on June 7, 2026. According to the final results confirmed by the Central Electoral Commission, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s Civil Contract Party won 49.7–49.8% of the vote and retained its parliamentary majority. The Strong Armenia Alliance emerged as the main opposition force with approximately 23.2% of the vote, while the Armenia Alliance came third and also secured seats in parliament.
