Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Gary Phillips, President of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA).
The parties discussed issues related to the construction of an education complex in the enlarged community of Vardenis, a project to be implemented jointly by the Government of Armenia and AMAA.
The Prime Minister underscored the importance of implementing the project, noting that an agreement on the initiative had been reached several months ago. He stressed that the development of educational infrastructure remains one of the Armenian government’s key priorities.
Pashinyan also emphasized the need to ensure that the education complex is built in line with the standards set by the government. He expressed hope that cooperation with AMAA would continue in other areas as well.
The participants noted that construction of the 700-student-capacity education complex in Vardenis is scheduled to take place between 2026 and 2029.
