Armenian President offers condolences to Georgian counterpart over the death of peacekeepers

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, on the death of Georgian peacekeepers in Afghanistan. President Sargsyan condemned this vicious act of terrorism, President’s Press Office reported.

Six Georgian soldiers were killed in southern Afghanistan on Thursday when a suicide bomber detonated a truck filled with explosives.
