
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his electoral victory and expressed support for further strengthening bilateral relations and Armenia’s ties with the European Union.
In a message posted on social media, Mitsotakis congratulated Pashinyan on the outcome of Armenia’s parliamentary elections and highlighted the strong relationship between the two countries.
Mitsotakis said Greece looks forward to further deepening cooperation with Armenia, describing the relationship as one built on shared values and mutual friendship.
Mitsotakis expressed hope for the “continued advancement of Armenia’s relations with the European Union,” underscoring Athens’ support for closer engagement between Yerevan and Brussels.
The message joins a growing list of congratulatory statements from European leaders following Armenia’s parliamentary elections.
