Resident of Artsakh’s Askeran region A. Vahanysn was targeted by Azerbaijani forces while doing agricultural work in the administrative area of the village of Vardadzor.
The regional Police department was alertef about the incident at 10:55 this morning.
The shooting forced agricultural work to stop.
The information was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
