Armenian Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan is leaving for Moscow on Sunday, July 21, in connection with Hrachya Harutyunyan’s case.
The Ombudsman is expected to meet with Hrachya Harutyunyan and discuss the details of the case with his attorneys.
Within the framework of the visit Karen Adreasyan will meet with a number of officials engaged in the case, representatives of the Armenian community, other concerned persons.
