On 22 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the delegation of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund headed by Vardan Partamyan.
The meeting addressed issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in Artsakh.
State minister Grigory Martirosyan, minister of municipal engineering Karen Shahramanyan were present at the meeting.
