The Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) voted on Thursday to revoke the license of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), ending several days of deliberations over the company’s future operations.
The decision passed with only one vote against, cast by Commission member Ara Nranyan.
The company has been owned by businessman Samvel Karapetyan since 2016, when his Tashir Group acquired ENA from the Russian energy holding Inter RAO.
