On July 15-18, Lilit Makunts, the Ambassador of Armenia to the US attended the 2024 Republican National Convention held in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, during which discussions were organized for the representatives of the diplomatic corps with the participation of officials of the former US Administration, Congressmen, think tanks and foreign policy experts.
The foreign and domestic policy priorities of the Republican Party were presented.
During the conference, the candidacies of President Donald Trump and Vice President James David Vance nominated by the Republican Party in the 2024 US presidential elections were confirmed.
