
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the victory of the Civil Contract party in Armenia’s parliamentary elections held on June 7.
In a congratulatory message, Erdoğan extended his sincere congratulations on behalf of the Turkish people and himself personally on the success of the Civil Contract party led by Pashinyan. He also wished the Armenian prime minister success in forming a government for a third consecutive term.
The Turkish president also expressed confidence in Pashinyan’s vision for the region, particularly efforts aimed at achieving lasting peace and stability.
“I firmly believe that your strategic vision regarding the establishment of lasting peace and stability in the region and the necessary cooperation in this direction will be successfully realized,” the message stated.
Erdoğan concluded his message by wishing Pashinyan good health and well-being, and prosperity and happiness to the people of Armenia.
