Armenia debuts National pavilion at Japan IT Week in Tokyo

Armenia is making its first-ever appearance with a unified national pavilion at Japan IT Week, one of Asia’s largest technology exhibitions, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia has announced.

The Armenian delegation includes leading companies from the country’s tech sector, showcasing the latest achievements of Armenia’s rapidly growing technological ecosystem. Participants are presenting innovative solutions, products, and services, highlighting the country’s expanding role in the global tech landscape.

Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan, Monika Simonyan, is expected to attend the opening of the exhibition.

As part of the event, the Armenian side is also introducing recent developments in its tech ecosystem, including government support programs, successful public-private partnerships, and promising projects aimed at fostering innovation and growth.

The participation aims to establish new business ties with key industry players and expand international cooperation opportunities.

Japan IT Week is among the largest exhibitions in Asia dedicated to information technology and digital solutions, bringing together thousands of leading tech companies and international experts.

Armenia’s participation is organized in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
