Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Blue Mosque in Istanbul.
Earlier today the Prime Minister lit a candle at the Holy Mother of God Armenian Patriarchal Church in Istanbul and held a meeting with the local Armenian community.
Pashinyan is leading a high-level delegation to Turkey on June 20. As part of the visit, he is scheduled to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Armenian delegation includes Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, who also serves as Armenia’s special representative in the normalization process with Turkey.
