The Public Services Regulatory Commission has approved two applications by STARLINK AM LLC, Armenia’s High-Tech Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan informs.
The company has been granted license to operate a public electronic communications network in the country.
It has also been granted license to use radio frequencies on a secondary basis for the organization of a public electronic communications network operated by global satellite communication systems.
“Thus, the licensing and permits have been granted, and now we are entering the testing phase, which, hopefully, will be completed in the coming months and the service will be fully operational,” the Minister said.
