Azerbaijan has initiated a large-scale attack against Artsakh/Nagorno Karabakh, the surroundings of civilian communities, including Stepanakert are also targeted, Artsakh’s Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
“This is genocide, nothing else. And the mediators promise us rights and security within Azerbaijan,” Stepanyan said.
