Տhe Azerbaijani side is preventing the repair of the damaged gas pipeline in Artsakh, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure informs.
The gas pipeline from Armenia to Artsakh was damaged last night. The incident took place near an Azerbaijani military position.
The Ministry notes that negotiations are underway with the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping mission to start the work tomorrow.
