Mesrop Arakelyan to replace Zaruhi Batoyan as Minister of Social Affairs

President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree, relieving Zaruhi Batoyan of the duties of Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.

According to another presidential decree, Mesrop Arakelyan will replace her in the post.
