Deputy Chief of the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia Arsen Poghosyan received today a delegation led by Managing Director of Kish Airlines Mohammad-Taqi Jadidi.
The interlocutors discussed the perspectives of launching regular flights from Kish Island in the Persian Gulf to Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport.
The Armenian side offered to discuss the opportunities of operating flights to Gyumri’s Shirak Airport.
Kish Airlines has been carrying out regular flights between Tehran and Yerevan since June 22.
The Armenian government ruled earlier this year to lift visa requirement for citizens of Iran.
