The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has summed up the preliminary results of the Yerevan City Council elections. The votes were distributed as follows:
Arakelutyun (Mission) Party – 2 692 or 0.64%
Prosperous Armenia Party – 97 189 or 23.05%
Hello Yerevan Bloc of Parties – 35 732 or 8.47%
Armenian National Congress Party – 18 499 or 4.39%
Armenian Revolutionary Federation – 15 999 3.79%
Republican Party of Armenia – 235 512 or 55.86%
Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party – 15 733 or 3.73%
The total number of ballots – 436 590
The number of inconsistencies – 288
The total number of voters – 816 478
The total number of participants in the voting – 437 212
The final results of the elections will be summed up on May 12, seven days following the election day.
