The Russian President congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on his convincing victory in the presidential elections and wished peace, stability and wellbeing to the friendly Armenian nation.
President Putin expressed confidence that the Armenian-Russian strategic partnership would continue to reinforce and the deepening bilateral relations would continue to develop in the same spirit for the benefit of the two countries and peoples.
