Armenia’s Ambassador to US Narek Mkrtchyan met with Daniel Whitley, Administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to expand agricultural cooperation between Armenia and the United States.
They explored prospects for exporting Armenian agricultural products to the U.S. market, addressing market access procedures, applicable regulatory requirements, and the prerequisites for promoting exports.
The discussion also covered prospects for establishing business ties between private sector companies in the agricultural industries of both countries and fostering mutually beneficial cooperation.
