Armenia discusses future cooperation with new EU Partnership Mission

Armenia has welcomed the deployment of the European Union’s new Partnership Mission, highlighting the bloc’s continued support for the country and its efforts to strengthen national resilience.

During a meeting with the mission’s delegation, led by Stefano Tomat, Civilian Operations Commander and Managing Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS), Armenian officials praised the establishment and deployment of the mission in Armenia.

The Armenian side emphasized the European Union’s broad-based assistance in recent years, particularly initiatives aimed at enhancing the country’s resilience through capacity-building.

The meeting also focused on prospects for future cooperation. Armenian officials expressed confidence that close collaboration between the EU mission and Armenia’s state institutions would ensure the effective implementation of the mission’s mandate.
