
Senior civilian and military leaders from Armenia, the United States, France, and Greece, together with foreign military attachés and representatives accredited in Armenia, observed the active phase of Eagle Partner 2026.
Among those attending were U.S. Chargé d’Affaires David Allen, Armenian Minister of Defence Suren Papikyan, Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Edvard Asryan, French Ambassador Olivier Decottignies, Greek Ambassador Christos Sofianopoulos, Brigadier General Jason Knobbe of the Kansas National Guard, Colonel Paul Courteau, Chief of Staff of Land Operations in Europe, and other senior officials.
The joint exercise is conducted in preparation for participation in international peacekeeping missions and highlights continued defense cooperation with Armenia and partners.
