Russia and Ukraine continue negotiations in a video format, Moscow’s positions on Crimea and Donbass remain unchanged, head of the Russian delegation, aide to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky said on Telegram.
Before that, on March 29, Istanbul hosted the first face-to-face round of talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in more than three weeks.
The Russian side assessed the results of this round as “positive progress.”
