Armenia extended their advantage early in the second half. Grant-Leon Ranos scored in the 51st minute, finding the net soon after the restart.
Ireland responded swiftly in the 57th minute, with Evan Ferguson pulling one back and reigniting hope for Martin O’Neill’s side.
