Germany is a reliable partner of Armenia, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a congratulatory message to German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
Pashinyan congratulated Merz on assuming the post and emphasized that Armenia attaches great importance to the continuous development of multi-sectoral cooperation with Germany.
“I am confident that during your tenure, the friendly relations established between our countries will continue to expand, based on common values and mutual trust,” he said.
“We highly appreciate Germany’s support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Armenia, the process of democratic reforms being implemented in Armenia, as well as the further deepening of the Armenia-EU partnership. I am confident that thanks to effective cooperation, we will also be able to significantly activate economic ties between Armenia and Germany,” Nikol Pashinyan added.
