Artsakh reports ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side.
According to the Police of the Ministry of Interior, the Azerbaijani armed forces are shooting from the neighboring areas of Stepanakert using firearms.
Shots can also be heard in the center of the capital. For safety reasons, people are urged to stay in shelters.
