The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, through the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation, have sent the Azerbaijani side a proposal to hold a meeting to discuss urgent humanitarian issues.
Artsakh offers to organize the meeting with the mediation of the command of the Rusdian peacekeepers and at the place of their dislocation.
