Andreas Karo of Cyprus opened the score close to the end of the first half.
Bavaria II striker Grant-Leon Ranos scored two goals within eight minutes in the 51st and 59th minutes to put Armenia ahead.
Dimitrios Christof sealed the score in the 83rd minute.
