US State Secretary Antony Blinken will host a meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov.
The meeting will take place at the initiative of the American side on November 7th in Washington, DC.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan held the first meeting in Washington on October 3.
Mirzoyan and Batramovals later met in Moscow at the initiative of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
