Armenia’s Acting Minister of Culture Armen Amiryan has announced his resignation.
“Armen Amiryan told protesters in front of the Ministry of Culture he will step down,” the Ministry’s Spokesperson Ruzan Khachatryan told Public Radio of Armenia.
A number of culture workers had flocked to the Ministry since morning, demanding that Armen Amiryan join the 
public or resign.
