Štefan Harabin, Chairman of the Supreme Court of Slovakia visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial today to pay tribute to the Armenian Genocide victims. Štefan Harabin and Arman Mkrtumyan, Chairman of the Armenian Court of Cassation, laid a wreath at the memorial and honored the memory of the victims with a minute of silence.
The Chairman of the Slovakian Supreme court toured the Armenian Genocide Museum Institute, familiarized with the exhibits of the museum, particularly the exhibition titled “The Book as a Witness of the Genocide” opened on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of Armenian printing and the proclamation of Yerevan as World Book Capital 2012 by UNESCO.
