The Armenian National Security Service has brought official charges of expropriation and money laundering against ex-Foreign Minister, MP Vartan Oskanian
Oskanian visited the National Security Service today, but refused to give testimony as a defendant.
Armenia’s National Assembly stripped Vartan Oskanian of parliamentary immunity at the request of the Prosecutor General. The Prosecutor insists that the government is protecting the rights of the Civilitas Foundation.
